Custom In-House Aluminum TIG Welding
Our expert welders will provide a clean seam on all metal weldment products. With the ability to build to print or to create custom assemblies, we can manufacture any of your canopy needs. We offer fully welded canopies as well as knock-down kits that can be either welded or bolted together.
In-House Powder Coating
Capable of 10 x 10 x 30 (fitting almost all sizes of awnings, therefore reducing time in production) made by Reliant. Floor-mounted vertical heat units and exhaust to improve efficiency and airflow. Allows for a thorough cure process specific to coating specifications, allowing for a long-lasting and resistant layer.
Thorough and Timely Installation
Our installation teams are professional and efficient in securely installing any of your metal canopy needs. We offer full installation as well as crating and shipping of all products. Our team of installers and supervisors are well versed in all wall types and have the capability to make sure the job is done correctly. We also offer permitting and engineering for all jobs.
CAD Drawings and Construction Technology
Our design team can help bring any canopy or metal structure a reality. All of our fabrications are built from complete shop drawings and installed using specific plans and measurements.
