Powder coating is applied as a dry powder and cured in an oven, which produces a harder, more uniform finish than sprayed paint and stands up far better to sun and salt. We also offer woodgrain sublimation finishes. The look is cedar, walnut, or similar timber tones, but the material underneath is still aluminum, so there is no staining, sealing, or replacing rotted boards down the road. A well-built aluminum awning that is correctly fastened adds real protection. It shields glass from wind-driven rain and everyday debris, and it keeps sun and water off the wall and openings. That said, manufactured housing has its own anchoring and permitting rules, and wind requirements vary by county and by site.
